Coated Sand Shell Molding Line

The shell moulding line is developed for continuous production of shell moulding process with layout of continuousline or open line. The whole ine is equipped with bottom sand filing and vibrating table, core seting station, top sandfiling & vibrating station, pouring station, cooling, and fask turnover station; as well the sand preaparation system,resin coated sand reclaimation system.
The steel shot filing process is is a process in which the core is placed in the flask and the steel shot is filled toreinforce the core. After pouring, the castings are cooled by steel shots. The cooling speed is faster and the processhas better venting. The steel shot can be recycled and reused. Comparing to normal sand casting process,the shellmoulding process has advantages of lower investment, compact area occupation, easy operation, high efficiency,low sand consumption, less dust pollution, and less noise. And the castings have better surface, better dimensionaccuracy,and good material properties.
